Instructions
Heat a skillet to medium heat. Melt butter fully in the skillet.
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
Add in mushrooms and saute for 2-3 minutes.
12 ounces button mushrooms
Add in minced garlic and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Saute until mushrooms are soft and golden brown.
Remove from heat and garnish with parsley. Serve, and enjoy!

Clean and dry your mushrooms well. Drying them well is especially important, as if the mushrooms are at all wet they may become soggy and will not crisp up well. So make sure to dry them!
Try using other herbs of your choice with the garlic butter sauce. It is a great sauce to change up and try new seasonings with! You can also use dried herbs in place of fresh, though I find fresh parsley adds a ton of flavor more than dried.
