Ingredients
  

  • ½ lemon for juicing
  • 6 oz. prosciutto approx.
  • ½ bag arugula
  • ½ cup shaved Parmesan
  • sprinkle sea salt
  • sprinkle freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1-2 fresh burrata cheese
  • drizzle olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Layer arugula on a serving plate or platter.

  • Rest ribbons of prosciutto on top of the arugula.

  • Add burrata cheese to the plate.

  • Drizzle with olive oil. Squeeze half a lemon over top, then sprinkle with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

  • Add shaved parmesan, and your burrata salad recipe is ready to serve!

  • Bring your burrata to room temperature for best results. Burrata should always be served room temperature.
  • Use the freshest burrata cheese possible.
  • Simple seasoning works best. I use freshly ground black pepper, Maldon sea salt, fresh lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil. It is absolute perfection!
  • Fresh, crisp arugula works best for making burrata salad.
