Instructions
Clean and slice mushrooms into wedges.
1 8 oz. package Portobello mushrooms
Add flour to a plate. Whisk eggs in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
½ cup flour, 3 eggs, 1½ cups Panko breadcrumbs, 1½ teaspoons garlic powder, 1½ teaspoons onion powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper
Coat mushrooms in flour, then dunk them in eggs. Finally, toss in the spiced breadcrumb mixture to coat completely.
Arrange mushrooms on a plate or other flat surface. Spray with olive oil spray. Place ⅓ of the mushrooms in your air fryer. Fry at 360°F for 7 minutes and repeat with the remaining two batches to fry all mushrooms.

Notes
Try to cut your mushrooms into relatively the same size so they cook evenly.
Air fry in 3 batches to ensure the mushrooms cook evenly. If you try to cook them all at once, they won't fry properly. Leave enough room between the mushrooms so the hot air can circulate.
Cook time may vary depending on the size of your air fryer. Larger air fryers cook more quickly than smaller ones.
