Equipment

  • 6-Quart or Larger Instant Pot
  • Instant Pot Insert or Steaming Basket

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Ears of Corn shucked
  • 1.5 Cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Place your insert inside your instant pot and place the corn on the cob on top of it.

  • Add water and the lid. Cook on manual high pressure set to 2 minutes. It will take ~5-10 minutes for the pot to come to pressure.

  • Naturally release the pressure for 5 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure. Remove the corn carefully from the instant pot using tongs, serve with desired dips or sauces, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Corn on the cob can be large. If you want to use full ears of corn, use a larger Instant Pot such as a 6 quart.
  • If you have a smaller Instant Pot, slice the corn into smaller pieces before cooking. The cooking process remains the same.
  • Use a steamer basket or the insert attached to the Instant Pot - you want to make sure the corn does not touch the bottom of the pot.
