Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms

Ready in just 10 minutes, these make a perfect side dish for steak, chicken, pork, and more!

You will need...

Unsalted butter Olive oil Button mushrooms Salt and pepper to taste Minced garlic Fresh parsley  Dried thyme


It's amazing!

They're so good, I've even convinced people who normally don't like mushrooms to try them - and they love them!

Flour Bowl

Clean and dry mushrooms. Add butter and olive oil to a large pan over medium-high heat. Allow the butter to melt in the pan.


Add mushrooms to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Let them cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring now and allow them to caramelize.


Reduce the heat to medium and add garlic, thyme, and parsley. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Give everything a good stir.


Add to a serving dish and enjoy your sautéed garlic mushrooms!
