Roasted Tomatoes Recipe
Simply toss the tomatoes in olive oil, season them, and roast them to perfection!
You will need...
Tomatoes of any variety are a wonderfully wholesome side dish packed with flavor!
Drizzle a dab of oil over the tomatoes and lightly rub the oil over the tomatoes.
Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, and garlic, one at a time. You don’t need to measure these, just until they coat the tomatoes pretty well.
Oil a skillet. Heat to medium-low before adding the tomatoes.
Cook, covered, for about 10 minutes. Do not flip or mess with the tomatoes while they’re roasting.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
