Delicate baby potatoes are tossed with fresh herbs, seasonings, and lots of tasty butter to create an amazing side dish!
Preheat grill to medium, or oven to 400°F. Add sliced potatoes in a bowl and mix with oil, rosemary, salt pepper, and garlic.
Transfer to foil. Add thyme and butter, then seal the foil tightly.
Grill or roast for 40 minutes. Remove the thyme and add butter and season again, then cook for a further 15 minutes.
