Crispy Potatoes on the Grill

I love grilling season, and when it comes to making side dishes on the grill, crispy grilled potatoes are no exception!

You will need...

Russet potatoes Garlic powder Sea salt Pepper Olive oil

It's amazing!

The wonderfully charred and smoky flavors of the grill complement my seasoning for roasting smaller potatoes so well.

Flour Bowl

Heat grill to medium heat. Add garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix together to combine.

Grease a baking dish with cooking spray. Cut russet potatoes into evenly-sized cubes, then add them to the dish.

Pour oil over the potatoes. Sprinkle with the seasoning and stir to fully mix together, then add another spoonful and mix again.

Add the baking dish to the grill over medium heat. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

Remove from the grill once fork-tender and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
